Excellent Customer Service. The entire staff at this office are amazing. It’s like going into a small town family business. They are very thorough with their exams and explain everything fully. They take the time to answer your questions, without making you feel hurried. I would recommend Beach Eye Medical to anyone who wants great eye care.

I feel the wait in the outside waiting room and the wait for the doctor is excessive. When I have an appointment for 10, and I am there on time, I feel I should be in within 5 – 10 min. When I see the doctor go in to see other patients, it makes me feel that others have the same appt. time as I do. Everyone is very friendly, however.

I was in the waiting area for more than 45 minutes. Then I had to wait another 60 minutes to see the doctor. Overall, I was at the doctor for over 2 hra. Not aaceptable

Although I swore I would not come back because I just hate having my time wasted waiting, Dr Shah and the receptionist were wonderful once we got in. The receptionist acknowledged the wait and apologized. Made a big difference. Thank you.

This visit was timely and fine. My previous visit however was not the same.I arrived early for my appointment and waited over an hour past to see the doctor. Understandable that sometimes schedules are hard to keep and problems occur.I was not too far out from a total joint replacement in my shoulder and by the time the hour plus time to see the doctor came my arm was very swollen. When I mentioned to the person at the desk that I was getting uncomfortable, (plain to see), with no apology, she said “Do you want to reschedule?”. My arm was twice it’s size and not one word of apology for the late appointment was acknowledged by anyone. Pleased with the doctors eye care, but this is an issue that leaves a bad feeling. Perhaps the desk was just having a bad day.

Excellent – I came in to get tested for reading glasses. The Dr. was great, easy to deal with, and explained everything thoroughly. the woman who helped me with the frames was excellent as well – she did a great job of explaining my insurance coverage and costs. I am a very happy customer.

Appointment times need to be adhered to. A wait of more than 10 minutes is not acceptable. Also your technician broke my glasses and sent me to a jeweler to fix them but the jeweler does not fix plastic only metal.8

Things are much, much better since I was there last time over a year ago. No waiting time and calmer atmosphere in whole office even with road work being done in street outside. I came home relaxed and felt good about everyone I had contact with during the visit.

A refreshing change - JOHN H.

My last visit to Beach Eye Medical was a post op followup with Dr Seamaan. Dr Seamaan showed interest in my results, took extra care to make sure I understood everything I needed to know about obtaining a new set of lenses for my glasses, and even took the time to explain how an optical prescription works. This attention to detail coupled with complete professionalism is a welcome change for me. We have all had medical professionals that simply did not approach our care and questions in the same way as Dr. Seamaan. A huge asset to your practice, and a doctor I will refer to all of my friends.
