The office was very organized, efficient and thorough and I am now considering an eye lid procedure. Dr Liu was very knowledgeable explaining everything to me.
Dr Do is great! Very knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy.The staff is also excellent and very responsive from the moment you walk in the door, to performing tests and following up with appointments.
If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduled appointment to get diabetic eye exam and vision eye exam. But when I got there no one asked what I needed not front desk not even the nurse who took me back. So the doctor did the diabetic eye exam but not the vision exam so I asked and they said they can’t do it because my eyes were dilated. If anyone would have even talked to me about why I was there and what I needed the nurse could have waited to dilated my eyes to do the vision test but now they expect me to pay my copayment twice. I guess they must be hard up for money if they have to trick people into doing two office visits when both exams can be done at the same visit. If the nurse were to ask patients what they need before dilating their eyes and turning what should have been one office visit and not two.
I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. JWO lat year for both eyes, one in July and another one in November. I can’t thank enough for his expertise, experience and kindness. He explains throughly the whole process of surgical procedure which relives my worries. Now Dr. JWO has been checking glaucoma and macular degeneration to make sure my eyes condition are good. Again, I enjoy his kindness and patience and highly recommend his service.
Excellent service, Dr Khalil Semaan is great! He took the time and examined my eyes in detail, very nice person, I took a long trip from my house in Fontana but it was worthy. The dr is very knowledgeable and professional.The secretaries on the front desk are very nice too.Thank you for the great service!
Excellent customer service with friendly, kind and professional techs. Dr. Do was attentive, thorough and happy to answer my questions. This was my first visit with Dr. Do since my former opthomologist retired. I'm confident that she will be a very capable caregiver.
I returned to Beach Eye after being gone for a year due to insurance.Very busy place but still timely. The check in person was efficient, but took time to be friendlytoo. Handled the check in process with a smile. Received friendly and excellent care from Jaime and most importantly Dr. Do was excellent. So happy to be back here for my eye care.
I had to wait for one hour to start my appointment. That was very unfortunate because other than long waiting time, I was very satisfied with my annual check up.
I was very happy to meet Dr. Kim. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Cannot wait to see her again! I recommend her to anyone with the same issues.Thank you!
Dr. Do is very thorough with the various tests, etc. that need to be done on my eyes and also with her questions and advice and directions to me about medication and wearing of eyeglasses.
I was waiting additional 30 mins after scheduled time and nobody told me why, no any "sorry". But dr Semaan was above and beyond, really good professional optometrist.
I will include one star because the person who conducted my eye exam was great. The front office staff and the person who helped with my glasses was absolutely worthless. I was made to feel as if I was bothering them and they didn't have time for me. I was rushed and I don't appreciate it. So when I got my progressive glasses, she had me try them on and look down so I could see close up. I told her that I could not tell any difference. The portion of the lens for close up reading is so far down, that it is not useful to me at all. It is horrible. I sit in front of a computer screen a lot and these are a complete waste of money.All they seemed to care about is what my insurance was going to pay them. I told them if my insurance wouldn't pay, I would. But that is all they were focusing on. UGH! So after a few days, these new glasses are only good for distance and I am using my drug store "cheaters" to be able to see anything up close. I called back and asked the person answering the phone if I could get another pair of glasses, with my prescription that they have on file, made into lenses for the same exact frames I had already purchased, so I will have two pairs of glasses. She said she needed to transfer me to Erica and I could ask her. Of course, Erica is not available and it goes to her voicemail. It has been at least two weeks, no call back. WTH! To top it off, when I paid for my portion of my glasses, I asked if I could use my FSA Card and Erica said "yes". Yesterday my husband sent me an email he received from our FSA Administrator that they have yet to receive any paperwork from Beach Eye supporting the charge so I would need to either provide the receipts and paperwork or pay the money back. Thankfully, I have all the receipts and paperwork.Beach Eye can't even do their job. So I am taking my business elsewhere.
I was very impressed by everyone working here. Very efficient and so nice to everyone making us all feel very calm. I would recommend others to come here as well.
